In observance of the Jewish New Year, 16 United Nations ambassadors joined together to wish Israel a happy Rosh Hashanah! Posted to the Facebook page of the Israeli ambassador to the UN, Danny Danon, the video begins with Danon’s warm remarks:
We have many friends in the world who are true allies that support Israel here in the United Nations. These countries wish us a happy new year.
Alongside Israel, the countries featured in the video are the United States, Albania, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Estonia, Germany, Hungary, India, Mexico, Rwanda, Singapore, Togo the United Kingdom, and Uruguay.
